Supporting Teens and Young Adults Through Life’s Turning Points
I help adolescents, emerging adults, and young adults find clarity and confidence through life’s transitions. My work focuses on helping clients understand themselves more deeply, manage emotions, and build the inner tools they need to move forward with purpose.
Each stage of growing up brings unique challenges—whether it’s navigating anxiety, relationships, or identity as a teen; finding direction in school, career, and connection as an emerging adult; or seeking stability and balance in young adulthood. Together, we uncover patterns, strengthen relationships, and work toward lasting growth.
How I Work
I meet clients where they are—listening closely, exploring what lies beneath the surface, and helping bring unconscious patterns into awareness. My approach goes beyond traditional talk therapy, resonating especially with high-achieving or perfectionist teens and young adults who want to understand why they feel the way they do, not just how to fix it.
My sessions are person-centered rather than process-centered—creating a safe, confidential space for authentic growth and change. I support clients through challenges such as:
Anxiety • Depression • Coping Skills • Grief & Loss • Sexuality •
Self-Esteem • Trauma • Relationships • Parenting • Life Transitions
I also offer One Topic, One Hour—a parenting series designed to give parents practical tools and insight into raising teens and young adults. You can learn more on the Tips for Parents page.
